We are excited to announce that RBDA will once again be attending Royals Dance Events!

Competition Details
The competition consists of 6 parts:
Lyrical Set Routine
Lyrical Duo
Lyrical Improv
Jazz Set Routine
Jazz Duo
Jazz Improv
All dancers will take part in the set routines.
Participation in duets and improvisation is optional.
We will be learning the set routines as part of weekly Jazz lessons.
Duet Coaching
Due to a very busy schedule, we can now only offer duet coaching on the following dates:
Saturday 20th September, 2:15 – 3:15pm
Saturday 11th October, 2:15 – 3:15pm
These sessions are for anyone who would like to take part in a duet.
👉 Please note:
Duet choreography will be based on previous choreography
To take part in duets, dancers must attend both sessions.
Improvisation
Improvisation allows dancers to perform freely to music with no set choreography. All competitors will be entered for this section, but they may choose on the day whether to take part.
Costs
Dancer Ticket: £19.50 (includes all 6 events)
Spectator Ticket: £19.50 (pre-order only; limited tickets may be available on the door)
Key Dates
Entry Form Deadline: Thursday 18th September 2025
Payment Deadline: Tuesday 30th September 2025

Uniform
Dancers should wear:
Black leotard (self-sourced)
Black footless dance tights
Royals orange scrunchie & orange belt (available via the RBDA Customer Portal)
